The 9 Gamut Procedure

Begin by tapping the Gamut Point, located on the back of the hand just behind and between the knuckles of the ring and little finger, all the while you will keep repeating your Reminder Phrase – which is simply a short phrase that describes your problem: “This problem.”

That’s the 9 Gamut Sequence!

Whether you try it on its own, or when using it in conjunction with the Basic Recipe, make sure to rate your intensity level on a scale of 1-10 after you are done. Your distress should decrease after completion of the sequence. It may even have come down to 0, but if not, simply repeat the Basic Recipe, with or without the 9 Gamut Sequence, for as many rounds as it takes to get your SUDS down to zero or at least a manageable level.
